Inspired from a retreat in the mountains of Mexico, restaurateur Karl Alterman unveiled MoQuila. The MoQuila restaurant is a culinary collaboration with Chef Rich Garcia.MoQuila stresses fresh ingredients, meticulously created dishes, homemade tortillas, tamales, mole, salsas, marinades and fresh guacamole mashed tableside. The restaurant specializes in Mexican cuisine with an attention to detail to the authenticity and manner the food is prepared. MoQuila s bar has a vast selection of over 150 smooth drinking tequilas. Many premium tequilas are extremely rare and hard to find outside of Mexico.
