We started many years ago back in the days of pay phones. Our customers were primarily hotel and convenience store owners that were tired of their customers complaining about the high rates they were being charged on their pay phones. We lowered the calling rates on their pay phones and as time progressed we migrated towards local and long distance calling. Our customers started asking if there was anything we could do to lower their merchant processing fees and we listened. We researched the best providers to ensure we had several options to offer our customers based upon their individual needs. We have been lowering credit card fees ever since. We believe in the importance of maintaining customers and still have our customers we had years ago back in the days of pay phones.
