Desiring a healthy meal and abundant vegetables on the table there was no where to go in town and we wanted to create a fun laid back welcoming environment for people to enjoy lunch and dinner with less guilt. We wanted salads to be whole ingredients and dressings to be dense with flavor and not just oil based. Dressings are made with mostly ingredients like vegetables and nuts to satiate hunger. Salads have been designed to be entrees with lots of crunch and layers of flavors. We love vegetables and we think they can compete with French fries as the main side dish. Therefore, we have a number of reasonably prices veggie sides to accompany a gluten free chicken sandwich or fish sandwich. Dishes such as spicy sweet potato with almond ranch and grapes, Brussel sprouts with tamarind, creme fraiche, crispy grains or simply seared Shishito peppers with lemon and salt.
