Little Havana Activities & Nutrition Centers of Dade County, Inc. (LHANC) is a leading provider of social, nutrition, and health services for economically disadvantaged seniors in the South Florida area. Established in 1972, LHANC has grown from a small office with three employees to become one of the largest organizations catering to socially isolated seniors, helping them live independently at home with the necessary support.
With a mission to identify and address the needs of low-income, frail, and isolated elderly individuals, LHANC offers a comprehensive range of services including adult day care, adult education, Alzheimer's care, child learning centers, companionship, and congregate meals.
