In 1991, Mr. Castillo created LMP with a burning desire to become a quality driven company performing jobs in a timely manner, while understanding that in order to be in business you needed to take care of your customer. Orlando felt strongly that the focus needed to be on quality service and the financial success would take care of itself. He felt by being proactive in educating the customer on how best to protect their largest uninsured asset, the landscape , customers would learn LMP was committed to establishing long lasting customer relationships. He knew that by establishing good partnerships, both the customer and LMP would both benefit. Over time it has proven to be a win-win for both customers and also LMP. By hiring the right employees who are honest, quality driven, and have strong communication skills, LMP and their customers will experience excellent long-term partnerships.
