Great Condominium located in Sunny Isles. Steps across to the beach and convenient for all that Sunny Isles Beach has to offer

outside - easy walk to the beach, Walgreens & McDonald's and a few restaurants- short drive to everything else

Outside on the south side - the pool is a couple stories up

Spaces balconies- view from our unit - public path to the beach is right down there.

Letter accusing our minor children of being improperly attired in common areas (walking to the pool in their swimsuits and towels)

These are the room keys - left in the unlocked room. We checked in at 10 pm.

BEWARE! I have never been to such a disrespectful condo association. The Russian association president Sergey Umrikhin wrote a letter threatening to tow our rental car if we did not pay them....

King David Condominiums is not at all a welcoming environment for tenants or visitors, we lived here for 2 years so speaking from personal experience as tenants residing and those of our friends...

Valet damaged my car - an obvious yellow paint dent from the yellow poles they have on the property. Neither building nor valet management would own up to the damage caused.
