WGS Associates, Inc (WGSA) is a consulting firm specializing in serving lenders, property owners, and prospective buyers in the due diligence process of real estate transactions. WGSA 's practice is purposely limited to environmental assessments, property condition assessments, and construction loan monitoring and inspection.
