We admit our workouts got so popular in the 80's that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It's true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards--and the 80's--are long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers. We're still evolving and transforming people's bodies and their lives.
