History
After being in the fitness industry for many years, I took a course in 2008 to get certified as a Health Coach or Holistic Lifestyle Coach with the Chek Institute. I soon realized that most health goals could be reached not with exercise alone but by managing sleep, diet. stress and happiness. First I changed my own life and then I went on to helping others change their lives. The results have been life-changing and anyone can do it if they are willing to apply the principles.
Specialties
I work clients to help them achieve optimal health naturally. This includes weight loss, increased energy, improved sleep and to look and feel better. Health Coaching also know as Holistic Lifestyle Coaching focuses on the unique combination of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Unlike traditional health and fitness programs, which typically only address the physical aspects of health, Health Coaching aims to balance overall health to help clients reach goals and achieve personal growth. Through a structured and systematic process, which involves questionnaires, discussions, individualized programs, problem solving and feedback, clients gain the skills needed to achieve and maintain health dreams.
