When they put the PVC in they never sealed around the hole that they made

They made a hole and realized they couldn't get through and just left the hole there

Too high priced and products not to be trusted. Sells customer an off brand product instead of the Moen brand shown to customer online. Go somewhere else. Rating should be zero.
