Gran Forno Bakery is a traditional Italian rustic bakery on Las Olas Blvd - a favorite of locals and tourists alike for almost 20 years. This open-air bakery is famous for a variety of artisanal breads including ciabatta, sourdough, multigrain, focaccia, pumpernickel, and their signature fennel raisin bread. They also offer quintessential rustic homemade pastries such as biscottis, cakes, tarts, quiches, croissants, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches, as well as assorted paninis (their chicken pesto has raving fans). Guests can enjoy their pastries with a premium Illy brew in-house or to go. At Gran Forno Bakery, we’re passionate about quality ingredients, using exclusively organic wheat, and baking 800 award-winning ciabatta loaves each day for over 140 restaurants across South Florida.
