Gold's Gym is located in front of Publix in the Bay Pointe Plaza Shopping Center which makes for a good excuse to go grocery shopping and get a workout on the same trip. Membership sessions can be bought for individual sessions or monthly memberships from one to 12 months. The machines and free weights are in one large room with a separate room for classes and tanning. Some chairs and tables are set up in the front to enjoy a snack or drink before or after a workout. Child care is available.
