Specialties
We teach Mixed Martial Arts (Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Judo, etc) for Adults, Teens, and Kids. We are open 24 hours/7 days a week and offer over 100 classes per week. We also have a Womens Only Fitness Bootcamp program designed to help get women in shape, tone up and lose weight. This program includes personalized meal plan and body fat measurements amongst other things.
