All Saints Early Learning Center has the most desirable staff/child ratio in the city. No class, regardless of age, is allowed to have a ratio of more than nine children to one adult. There is no substitute for the extra attention and care this staffing provides. The ADC program is designed for special needs, fragile adults unable to stay home alone.
