It literally has a a hole in the wall, ripped up upholstery on the machines, 4 out of 8 treadmills are working, only 2 bikes are working. Dumbbells & weights strewn everywhere so you have to hunt...

one bathroom, which I'm not even sure is legal. No water fountain, which I'm pretty sure isn't legal. Equipment is ragged, at least what's not already broken. I've literally worked out in basement...
