I loved this gym! Affordable day passes for visitors and they had everything we needed and more to get a good workout in. It's also a plus to support a family owned business. I'll definitely be back!

Darkest most depressing gym I have ever been in, as far as atmosphere goes. Decor is all dark colors and little natural light. Even the music is dark and heavy. Definitely a gym for weight...
