Top notch shop! I had trouble finding a bike in my size within a 100 mile radius of me. Epic cycles had no problem getting the bike to me and even called me to make sure everything was good to go....

Terrible customer service! was sent wrong helmet. finally ended up with pro chat telling me to keep wrong helmet & they would sent correct one right out. never happene. no one will respond to me.
