Christine is the CEO of ENSYNC Diversified Management Services Inc, which specializes, in organizational development, event planning, contract monitoring, design, development and delivery of training programs, small business development, non-profit developmental programs and strategic planning. She has over 25 years of extensive leadership and managerial experience and has managed and supervised personnel of 3 to 500.Christine knows how to establish and execute priorities as well as effectively and efficiently manage concurrent events. In 1998 Christine retired from the United States Army after 20+ years of service. She joined SPRINT with a follow-on assignment with the Florida Department of Children and Families as a Regional Inspector General Supervisor, and was later appointed asChief of Hotline Operations. In this capacity she managed a staff of over 200 personnel for a 24-hour operation. During her two plus years of leadership, the Hotline improved in all respects under demanding conditions. She and her staff reduced the abandoned call rate from a high of 31% to a remarkable 5%. Christine was lauded for increasing the productivity and professionalism of the organization.Christine's military career is as diverse as the company she now leads. She has held positions as Headquarters Company Commander of an Engineer Brigade, Battalion Executive Officer, Inspector General, Environmental Engineer, Project Engineer and Strategic Military Analyst. Christine has a unique perspective of leadership after transitioning from a personnel enlisted soldier to an engineer officer. Christine understands the uniqueness of organizations and the human elements that affect productivity and profit. She has developed several training programs to include: initial supervisory, diversity, equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, conflict resolution, communications, domestic violence in the workplace, project management, coaching/mentoring and a variety of other programs.ENSYNC is a diverse managerial company that specializes in a host of organizational activities to include needs assessments, contract monitoring, program evaluation, case management, project management and training.Christine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Florida State University, a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Western Carolina University and a Master's degree in Public Administration and was also a Distinguished Graduate from Webster University. She also has attended Ball State University's graduate program in Counseling and is a certified contract manager. She is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College and has extensive military training in investigations, management and engineering.Christine is the recipient of various military honors to include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal-4 awards, Humanitarian Service Award-Kuwait Reconstruction Engineer and the Corps of Engineers Bronze deFluery Medal.
