Joni Prose started her PEO career for the Nelco Companies which grew their company through accountant based offices. Later in her career, she moved to a larger PEO called Nova Care which was later bought by HR Logic. The concept for our business model is preventing the business owner from making costly mistakes from either not properly identifying their specific needs and not matching their company properly to the PEO they need.
