Chef Michael Saperstein unknowingly began his culinary career working summer cooking jobs as a teenager in his hometown of Baltimore, MD. He has since worked at some of the country's highest rated restaurants. Chef Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami in 1999 with a degree in Culinary Arts. Since then, he's honed his trade at Aureole and Park Avenue Cafe in New York City, as well as Cafe Maxx in Pompano Beach, Bistro 17 in Fort Lauderdale, and Gotham City Restaurant and Bar in Delray Beach.
