ELITE Performance Training and Health has acquired Cape Coral Indoor Athletics. We will continue to offer batting cages and private baseball training. We are proud to offer new services of developmentally targeted training, speed & agility and performance enhancement for athletes ages 7- adult. Additionally, we are adding state of art therapy services and new post physical therapy to turf program for athletes of all ages over seen by top sport med physicians and physical therapists to get athletes back to peak performance.

Elite Performance Training and Health is a specialized group of professionals dedicated to providing the best in performance training to athletes who want to move to the next level of performance as well as those desiring to elevate their current level of fitness. We have specifically designed programs created to meet the varying developmental needs of athletes ages 7-14 years, high school, college, adult and professional. Our 10,000 square foot facility boasts the largest turf under air in Southwest Florida, batting cages, and a state-of-the-art Hammer weight system designed by Advanced Exercise Inc. We have developed a medically based program of Physical Therapy services and specialized post PT to turf recovery treatments including upper and lower body. Our ELITE Recovery Pod is equipped with Normatec pulsed compression therapy, HyperIce percussion therapy, as well as ice and heat therapy.
