We started out with a competitive girls team. We've now expanded by offering recreational classes for both boys and girls which also include trampoline and tumbling classes for those wanting to improve their cheerleading skills.

It is part of our daily routine designed to help them stay fit, and is as relevant for ordinary people as it is for elite athletes across all sporting disciplines. Our goal is simple: create a positive environment where coaches, athletes, and parents work together to develop talents, tailoring them to suit the requirements of gymnastic as a means of strengthening and honing the basic tool of its practitioners, namely, the human body of South Florida's gymnastics youth.
