History
Downtown Orlando Tours is a collaborative initiative created in 2015 by the community organizers and advocates. The tours offered were created to encourage residents and visitors to experience the vibrant food, art and cultural scene in the downtown district. Each tour is hosted by a local organization and partners include the Downtown Arts District, Downtown Development Board and Downtown Orlando Partnership.

Downtown Orlando Tours offer residents and visitors insights into Downtown's vibrant food, art and cultural scene. The Food Tour runs every Saturday from 2 - 4 p.m. and showcases the diversity of cuisines as well as rich history that Downtown Orlando has to offer. Guests walk the Central Business District, visiting some of Downtown's local favorites and sampling everything from oysters to tequila coffee. The tours founding restaurant partners include Artisan's Table, Avenue Gastrobar, Ferg's Depot, the Golden Knife, Le Gourmet Break and Waitiki. Tickets are $35/person and are available for purchase at www.downtownorlandotours.com. The Gallery Tour run every Saturday from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and highlights the artistic treasures found in one of the most creative cities in the United States. Guests experience a guided art tour of four local galleries throughout the Downtown Arts District, including City Arts Factory, Gallery at Avalon Island, Grand Bohemian Gallery and Loft55. Tickets are $20/person and tours officially launch August 1, 2015.
