Down to the Bone Bar-B-Q and Catering opened in 2002 and has continued to grow as Brandon residents get a taste of the food made from recipes passed down from owner Mark Nettles' mother. The company began its catering service the year it opened. Down to the Bone's menu features sandwiches, meat-only dishes, meal plates, family dinners, sides, desserts and drinks. This restaurant does not have tables, but provides bench seating outdoors.
