Wells, III, PE and staff have over 30 years of combined engineering experience. Under Mr. Wells' leadership, CEA employs a demanding philosophy of undertaking each individual project with a standard of excellence maintained throughout the entire staff. It is this sense of achievement and enthusiasm for excellence that sets CEA apart from the rest. CEA is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and three members of the staff are LEED Accredited Professionals. Most recently, in February of 2009, Mr. Wells was bestowed the Distinguished Service Award by ASHRAE, a prestigious award given to ASHRAE members who have served the Society in multiple capacities, and held only by 8 previous members of the Florida West Coast Chapter of Ashrae. Mr. Wells was honored to be named the 2007 Engineer of the Year by the Florida West Coast Chapter of ASHRAE in February of 2008. Also in 2008, Mr. Mike Costello, one of CEA's Engineering Interns, was excited to be nominated for the ASHRAE Florida West Coast Chapters's 2009 New Faces of Engineering.
