Troy Cutshall, the owner began his career in 1998, maintaining yards on the weekend. Since then, the company has grown into 4 maintenance crews that maintain over 150 accounts a month. In 2003, the company was incorporated and the name changed to Cutshall Enterprises, Inc dba North Florida Property Maintenance.

Monthly lawn maintenance and landscape. This includes but not limited to the following: annuals, mulch, groundcover, landscape lighting, irrigation repair, sod replacement, pavers, landscape design, palm tree trimming and small tree removal
