History

Cummings & Associates Inc was formed from various entities that spun off into the FL corporation we are today. From Cummings Tax Service in 1999 that was formed in a small Massachusetts town, to a NH partnership in the mid 2000's to finally moving the company to its new home (and ours) in Florida.
