HistoryMe, Myself & Pies was created in 2014 by two brilliant minds, John and Carol Thomas. John, the First Coast Technical College trained Chef since 1990, and Carol the self-appointed Sous Chef/All around greatest wife, formed a fun and modern pie company.SpecialtiesWe offer sweet & savory pies in three different sizes. A large traditional nine inch pie that yields eight delicious slices. We have a medium six inch pie, which is perfect to share with a friend, or perhaps just indulge by yourself!
