CORE Fitness caters to clients of all ages and fitness levels seeking instructional fitness training. The CORE acronym -- Controlled Outcomes Reasonable Efforts -- is based on the theory that "if activities are unreasonable for the body, then there is more risk for uncontrolled outcomes."
Participation and attendance to the classes held at this small private facility is strictly by appointment only. There are no contracts or hidden fees; payments are determined on either a two-week or one-month timeframe. Private one-on-one training, buddy teams (two participants) and small group instruction (three to four people) are available, allowing for close supervision and interaction between the student(s) and trainer.

In addition, this talented duo is highly experienced and qualified in a variety of areas, including: personal training, clinical exercise, athletic conditioning, functional fitness, core emphasis, boxer conditioning, cardio training and general conditioning.
