Coachmen Reserve Condominiums is located off of Palmetto. It has a gated entrance with a key code access. The condominiums are three bedroom, two bath units with 1863 square feet. There is a community heated pool and a fitness center on the premises. Don't park in the front of the complex if you come by to check it out as the gates swing outward and will hit your car.
