History
Children's Diagnostic & Treatment Center began with a staff of three in a small room in Broward General Hospital and has since grown to be the largest child healthcare providers in Broward County, serving nearly 12,000 children with chronic illnesses and disabilities annually. The Children's Diagnostic & Treatment Center is a recognized as a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home Program providing primary care, dental services, case management and social services in one location.
Specialties
Primary Care Provider and Dental Services for Children with Special Healthcare Needs. Early Steps at CDTC provides evaluation and early interventions for developmental delays in children under the age of three. Comprehensive Family AIDS Program (CFAP) provides primary care, specialty HIV medical care, medical case management and supportive services to HIV positive women, youth, children and infants who are HIV infected and HIV exposed.
