Chem-Dry by the Emerald Coast is an independently owned and operated location serving Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, Shalimar, and the surrounding Okaloosa, Walton, and Santa Rosa Counties. For over 15 years franchise owners Matthew and Shannon Sapp have been cleaning the area's carpets. This means that they are personally interested and invested in you and your community. Matthew and Shannon purchased their first franchise in 1993 and currently own five franchises in Okaloosa, Walton and Santa Rosa Counties. Their goal has always been to AMAZE customers with the Chem-Dry cleaning process, provide superior customer service by trustworthy professionals and obtain customer loyalty.
