He has more than 10 years of leadership experience working in two of the largest, most reputable companies in the world (Target and Amazon). As Rio moved through the corporate world, he developed a passion for helping others. Though Rio is forever gracious for the opportunity, and the invaluable knowledge acquired from leading and inspiring others in the corporate world, he knew the corporate path wasn't his true calling.
