Quality Distribution operates a number of subsidiary companies that include Quality Carriers, Quala Wash/Quala Systems, TransPlastics and Quality Transload & Terminals. Combining one of the largest fleets of stainless steel tanks with some of the industry's most complete terminal networks, the company has become a major specialized freight service. Headquartered in Tampa, Fla., the company maintains a fleet of more than 7,500 stainless steel and customized trailers and 3,300 tractors, as well as a nationwide network of nearly 100 full-service terminals. The Quality Distribution facility in Tampa is one of the company s many nationwide terminals.
