Just opened 6 months ago although I have been planning for several years. I have always wanted to be a Chef but went to become a Respiratory Therapist. I am working on retiring to my new business full time.

Barbequed pulled Pork on Cuban bread or wrap with slaw , Sausage with Onion and Peppers on a roll, Chicken dark and light , Brisket on Cuban bread with brie and slaw, Chicken Wings. St louis style Ribs with our home made BBQ Sauce. Gourmet style: southern eggrolls, truffle fries, 5 cheese mac and cheese with fresh opelio crab meat hand picked out of the shell. Poblano and Tomatilio Stew, Sides to include: Truffle corn on the cob (in season), our ouwn style creamed corn, fried pickles, our own slaw, potato salad and our own smoked baked beans
