Avalon Square features one- and two-bedroom apartments in a community with well-kept grounds with amenities including a tennis court and a pool. This is a great location for shopping and access to the downtown area. Although there have been some reports that maintenance and the front office could be improved, overall this apartment complex is a good place to live.
