There is never any parking because they allow people to store boats and vehicles that don't run on the property.

Moved in 12/11 had 8 maintenance calls first in 2 weeks. Then bathroom ceiling cave in was told it would be a 3 day repair took almost 6 weeks and they never finished and left my apartment a mess....
