Instructors as well as students have ongoing training to solidify their expertise and regimen in this field of study. The Aikido Dojo is committed to the well being of all students and staff, both mentally and physically.
The Aikido Dojo teaches Nihon Goshin Aikido, which is a Japanese style self-defense program. Classes range in size and age according to maturity and progression. Students range in age from 7 to 80 years of age.
