Cheval Martial Arts is a complete school located within the Cheval Athletic Club. This program is a fun and safe way to improve the confidence, self‐discipline, and fitness of your family. Martial arts is a life skill that can influence your child to set and achieve goals, focus better, and build confidence. Discipline, self‐respect, and respect for others are the foundations of this program. You will learn kickboxing, grappling and self defense techniques.
