My journey to nutrition and mindset coaching began in my early 20's, I was living abroad and when I came back to the states I was physically and mentally a mess - I had gained 25 lb, was suffering from debilitating digestive issues, cystic acne, uncontrollable cravings, and painful pms symptoms. After extensive medical testing provided no solutions to the stomach issues I was having, I decided to take my life into my own hands. I committed to studying nutrition science, how the human body actually works, and studied mindset, how to move from a fixed to growth mindset. By slowly making changes to my diet and thought patterns, I healed ALL of my physical symptoms and shifted my mindset to a positive place. I was transformed! After this transformation, seeing people around me suffering with similar issues inspired me to share my knowledge and guide others to feel strong, vibrant and become their best self. Walk On The Healthy Side was born!
