State Services Organization ("SSO") manages 225,000 square feet of office space at the Hall of the States building, conveniently located just one block from Union Station Metro and two blocks from the Capitol in DC. Services include: full-service Library; 14 conference rooms for your next event; a full-service print center equipped with staff to take your next marketing collateral project from design through print; an array of information technology services including internet access, IT helpdesk, Cisco phone services, etc.; mailroom to handle incoming and outgoing packages for tenants; on-staff DC notaries; and property management.
