Los Cuates is a Mexican restaurant in the heart of Georgetown. The atmosphere is cozy, with Mexican-themed decor and music in the background. The bar at the back of the restaurant serves huge margaritas and the food coming out of Executive Chef Gamiel's kitchen is always fresh and made-to-order. Favorites include shrimp fajitas, carne Criolla (mesquite grilled New York steak topped with Spanish onions, green peppers and tomatoes) and salmon Veracruz.
