Jinx Proof has been located on M Street since 1996. Their client base is very eclectic, ranging from regulars to people walking down the street randomly getting the idea of a tattoo. Tattoos start off at $60 and go upward from there. Jinx also does body piercings available Thursdays to Mondays, 1pm - 9pm.
