Though the business is new, the owner Dan Carter, or Danimal as his friends know him, has been on a lifelong yoga journey. Dan first found yoga in 2007 when attending a summer camp for nerds, one class and he was hooked. Since then he has received his 200 hr Teacher Training from Yoga District, Foam Rolling/Self Massage Training from Past Tense and a 50 hr Rocket Yoga Certification from his teacher David Kyle. Dan's approach to yoga is to find a routine that works for an individual's body and then blend it with his own firey style full of laughter and humor. He truly believes that comedy can be the greatest medicine for the body. Come join us, free smiles are on us.

Our students range all levels (from beginner to advanced) and set tangible goals for themselves before we embark on their yoga journey. Common objectives include weight loss, better balance, increased flexibility and strength, sharper focus and peace of mind. If you're looking to start or jump start your own yoga practice we can design a program perfect for you, you and a partner or a small group. We've gotten requests ranging from bachelor and bachelorette parties, meditation workshops, partner yoga and corporate athletic hours.
