Culture of Respect is an organization dedicated to ending sexual violence on college campuses through comprehensive resources and organizational change. Founded in 2013 by concerned parents, the organization collaborates with experts in public health, advocacy, and higher education policy to develop tools and programs such as the CORE Blueprint and CORE Evaluation. As part of NASPA Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education, Culture of Respect works towards creating safe and inclusive campus environments.
With a mission to build the capacity of educational institutions, Culture of Respect aims to address the high rate of sexual assault on campuses by providing support for survivors, students, administrators, and parents. Housed within NASPA's Health, Safety, and Well-being Initiatives, the organization is committed to ongoing research, evaluation, and advocacy to create lasting change in the prevention and response to sexual violence.
