The Center for the Study of Social Policy, also known as CSSP, works to provide public policy analysis and technical assistance solutions to serve the needs of needs of policymakers and practitioners. It is an independent, nonprofit organization that was establishes in 1979. The center publishes papers about community decision-making, develops capacity building tools and improves the public systems of care. The Center for the Study of Social Policy also documents the progress and challenges of community decision-making. It works to provide long-term care services for senior citizens. The center additionally offers educational reforms, family support services, and disability and health care policy.
