Founded in 1893, the American Society for Engineering Education is a nonprofit organization of individuals and institutions that promotes activities that support increased student enrollments in engineering and technology colleges and universities. The organization also develops policies and programs that enhance professional opportunities for faculty members. It provides research analysis and educational assistance solutions. The American Society for Engineering Education s membership is composed of more than 400 engineering colleges and affiliates, corporations, government agencies and professional associations.
