Dr. Sargent earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pa. He completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown, Pa. His professional memberships include the American Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the Medical Society of Delaware.
