HistoryI started teaching Yoga on the east coast in 2004 and in 2006 I moved out to the East Bay outside of San Francisco, California to get my Masters Degree in Holistic Health Education. I emmersed myself in Yoga, fitness and dance while going to school and working at a Yoga and a Pilates studio. Then after graduating in 2009, I moved back to Cape May, NJ and opened my first Wellness Center and began teaching Yoga on the beach. I've taught Beach Yoga for 10 years in our quaint tourist town of Cape May, NJ. I love the opportunity to provide visitors and locals with an unforgettable experience. I've learned how to provide the ultimate Beach Yoga class!
