The owner of Yooki Yama, Sekyo Yun, moved to the U.S. by himself when he was 27. For the past 13 years, Yun has been the executive chef at Yooki Yama in Branford Center. The sushi bar sits nine (that is in addition to the 18 tables) and there's a large selection of sake stocked on the wall. Daily chef specials keep the menu fresh and changing.
